51. As Governor, Obi provided Internet facilities to all the secondary schools in the State. While he was leaving, he paid subscription of two years for the Internet to Galaxy Backbone. Once the subscription ended, Obiano is yet to renew it.

52. Six years of being the Governor, Obiano has engaged GLO at the cost of 54 million to provide special Internet line for him. When he was not satisfied, he engaged Cool Fm’s Dish at the cost of 37m. Dissatisfied, he is now using Airtel at the cost of 69m. Airtel will tell you that he is the highest consumer of Internet. The same thing in Lodge is available in his Aguleri House. The cost of the project is 500% inflated.
Majority of the traffic on his line are pornographic films.
