Former Miss Tourism Nigeria and SA to Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state, Miss Colleta Nwadike was attacked by armed robbers at her father’s home in Nise Anambra state.
According to a close relative who pleaded anonymity, the armed robbers numbering about four gained entrance to the building by forcing the house help who went on errand to open the gate of the compound.
She being under duress subsequently led them to the room where the former beauty Queen was resting.
The armed robbers who are certainly on assassination mission as one of them confessed that they were sent to assassinate her, were seriously threatening to shoot her.

The robbers ended up robbing her and other family members; Carting away with her Toyota Venza, Phones, money and other valuables. They left the scene after locking them up in a room.
The robbers made away with the vehicle taking a route known to insiders alone, but luck ran out of them as they were struggling to disconnect the tracker on the vehicle at Awada in Obosi Anambra state. One of the robbers was gunned down by a member of SARS Squad who was tracing the movement of the robbers with the aid of tracker installed in the vehicle, while other members of the arm robbery gang were arrested. The swift action of the police was made possible by notification put through to the Police about the criminal incidence.
The relative wondered why someone will want the beauty Queen dead owing to the fact that she would always throw the gate open for almost everyone.
“She mingles well with everybody whenever she visits. Different masquerade visit her to bless her and to receive gifts from her whenever she visits. So I wonder why someone wants her dead” our source lamented.
