Senate Minority Leader Enyinnaya Abaribe

Senate Minority Leader Enyinnaya Abaribe has called out the present Nigerian government while making references to their promises that if they don’t perform well that they should be stoned.

The statement was made by Founding member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Tony Momoh, who had defended the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari over complaints by a section of Nigerians that the APC-led government has failed to deliver its promised change in 2016.

In an exclusive chat with The Guardian, Momoh explained that many of the challenges weighing heavily on the administration are the result of the monumental “rot we found when we assumed office.”

“Stone us,” Momoh said confidently if within two years the current government fails to reverse the situation, even as he stressed that this government is laying the foundation for a new and better country.

In the video, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe can be seen fiercely complaining about the Nigerian government and their inabilities to perform while adding that it is time for them to be stoned out of office before being interrupted by the Senate President Ahmed Lawan and later countered by another Senator on being disrespectful by using the term “Stone”.
