100 Days In Office - Celia Hibbert Celebrates Gov UzodinmaGovernor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma

As Newly-Elected Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma attained his 100th day in Office, he had a lot of goodwill messages pouring in and one of them was from a member of his cabinet on Diaspora Affairs, Mrs. Celia Hibbert.

Celia Osakwe-Hibbert is a United Kingdom-based Councilor who hails from Isu local government area in Orlu senatorial zone of Imo state. The mother of two has an English and Literary Studies degree from Imo State University, Owerri, and a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

She is also a serving Councillor for Penn at the City of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom after emerging victorious in the May 2018 Councillorship Elections where she ran with the Labour Party.

She was recently appointed as a Special Adviser to the Governor of Imo State on Diaspora Affairs.

In the video, she congratulated the Governor on all his good, philanthropic works and how he has opened up new avenues for youths and young people in the state and in the diaspora to be able to benefit from his goodwills.

She also expressed her gratitude to him for being unbiased by giving opportunities to women and disabled individuals to be in his cabinet, and also for creating opportunities for local and international investors. She also urged him to receive them with open arms and support their endeavors whilst paving the way for new ones.

Mrs. Celia also took her time to X-ray the benefits and growth which Imo State has seen since the influx of women in politics with the help of Governor Hope Uzodinma and how he has extended his benevolence towards Women Empowerment programmes and schemes to help develop Imo State into a Gender-Equality oriented State.
