I Am utterly Amazed At Wike’s Action – Fani-KayodeChief Femi Fani-Kayode
Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Aviation, has reacted to the demolition of two hotels for flouting government lockdown order in Rivers State.

Africa Today News recalls that Governor Nyesom Wike, on Sunday, demolished Prodest Hotel in Alode and Etemeteh Hotel in Onne, in Eleme Local Government Area of the State.

The hotels were demolished after it violated an Executive Order on COVID 19, despite warnings from the State government.

Reacting, Fani-Kayode, said he was utterly amazed by Wike’s action not to close down the hotels and arrest the culprits.

He tweeted: “Two hotels demolished in Port Harcourt because they violated the Governor’s executive order on COVID-19?

“The Governor did not see fit to close down the hotels and arrest the culprits, but instead, he KNOCKED them both down?

“I am utterly amazed!”
