Hoodlums Break Into Ondo Prisons, Free Inmates

Hoodlums on Thursday broke into Okitipupa correctional centre in Ondo State, setting inmates free.

According to the Nation, no fewer than 58 inmates were released during the attack.

It was gathered that one vehicle was burnt and several items were destroyed during the attack.

Recall that protesters around Kings Square in Benin City, the capital city of Edo State broke the walls of the headquarters of the Nigeria Correctional Centre (Nigeria prisons in Benin) on October 19.
