I can’t do everything or please everyone – Gov AbiodunGovernor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun

Prince Dapo Abiodun has said he cannot do everything that needs to be done as the governor of Ogun State.

The governor also added that he has no plans to satisfy everybody in the Gateway State.

However, Gov Abiodun said his mission is to redefine governance and ensure all promises made are kept.

‘I always say that we do not aim to satisfy everyone. We cannot do everything. However, we aim to redefine governance. We aim to be known as a promise-keeping administration of a party that fulfils its promises,’ he stated.

A statement made available to newsmen on Wednesday confirmed that Abiodun said this Tuesday while meeting with members of the Appeal, Revalidation and Re-registration Committee in Abeokuta.

According to him, the vision of the APC in Ogun is to make the state more conducive for people to live in and do business.

This, he said, has made him fair, just and accountable in distributing projects to every part of the state.

He promised to complete “abandoned people-oriented projects” and inaugurate new ones.

Addressing new APC members at the meeting, the governor assured that they would not be sidelined in the scheme of things.

He said there would be equal opportunities and a level playing ground for all, noting that the party is big enough to accommodate more members.

Africa Today News, New York reports that Abiodun would clock two years in office by May 29.
